O.D. - I.D. Blast systems

There is always the need for doing both,
inside and outside simultaneously.

This system utilizes an O.D. Blaster as well as an I.D. Blaster

This overhang of 100 ft. Allows the tower to be moved forward along
the boom, blasting the ID as the OD Blaster cleans the outside.

The centerline of the tower must remain constant, therefor Flanges
must be attached to the tower in this application.

This shorter boom, built in 2000, was sent down the road with a 30
foot overhang on the trailer.  The second ID System (shown above)
required the longer boom to be built in two sections, we couldn't get
it out of the building if we had built it in one piece.

Shown above is the flange system which is attached to the tower
sections.  This flange rests on the cart shown and rotates as the
"rabbit", seen in the floor, advances the tower section.
Each flange has many hole patterns to match the varying size
of the tower sections.

Just to give a little scale to these tower sections.
If the flanges were not attached, I could have driven through it.

Looking inside one of these tower sections.
This definitely creates an echo.

These tower sections go through a coating process, once they
have been painted, ladders and cable ways installed, the tower
sections are ready to be shipped.
